SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Are you passionate about data, analytics, and driving business strategies across international markets? We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to support our EMEA region with a strong focus on sales reporting, BI tools, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you'll work with tools like Power BI, Domo, Dynamics 365, and Oracle EBS to create impactful dashboards, support sales & marketing teams, manage pricing, and contribute to strategic initiatives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares, updates and optimizes EMEA sales analysis, reports and tools.
  • Provides functional support to sales and marketing in CRM Microsoft dynamics 365, Domo BI/Analytics and Power BI platform for EMEA. Investigates & analyses reported defects, identifies new requirements, and works with IT to implement changes. Ensure that data is correct. Trains end users.
  • Utilizes Business Intelligence (BI) tools to design and develop visually appealing and insightful graphs, dashboards, and tables that effectively present key data and trends.
  • Design efficient solutions for sales and marketing leadership queries using our in-house reporting tools.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams as part of the Commercial Strategy team, which focuses on tender management, pricing strategy, and commercial analytics, to support data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Manages the annual calculations and design of sales targets and territories allocations. Works closely with sales leadership to prepare and execute.
  • Project management; Leads and manages projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business goals while coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.
  • Provides workshops and presentations on both refresher information and new updates/launches on in-house tools.
  • Prepares pricing for all EMEA markets and assists with pricing approvals and margin calculations.
  • Manages Oracle master data and ensures data is correct.
  • Performs other related tasks, as required.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, information technology, marketing, accounting/finance).
  • Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, databases, and other relevant software programs:
    • Proficiency in Power BI is required
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge is a plus
    • SQL/VBA knowledge is a plus
    • Oracle EBS knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English, written & spoken.
  • Germany speaking & writing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines.
