At Essity, we are looking for a Commercial Insights Analyst to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across Pricing, Segmentation, Product Mix, Profitability and Commercial Performance. You’ll collaborate closely with analysts and stakeholders across regions, becoming a trusted expert in commercial analytics and contributing to our continuous improvement and growth.
What you will do
Provide data-driven insights on Pricing, Product Mix, Segmentation, Sales KPIs, Direct and Indirect Business, Opportunities & Risks
Support key stakeholders with strategic and tactical recommendations through commercial analytics
Conduct research on market and competitive landscape to enhance analysis depth and relevance
Collaborate with fellow analysts to promote a cohesive and innovative insights community
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal audiences
Support specific analytical projects under supervision while developing your own analytical skill set
Become a key internal reference for Commercial Analytics in your assigned business area
Who you are
Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics or related roles
Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, CRM systems, Power BI, SQL, VBA
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Curious, collaborative and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
