Dyno Rod have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join our team.
This is a fast-paced growing business with an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised and who has exceptional analytical skills.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will support the Dyno Rod Leadership Team to provide analysis and insight models that underpin the Dyno Rod Profit & Loss. This will cover, but not extensively; financial planning/forecasting, rate models etc
You will also be working closely with the Franchisor teams, Franchisees, Commercial & Finance teams to support the financial performance of the Dyno Rod P&L
Key Accountabilities (but not limited to):
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure data submissions are comprehensive and in the right format
- Prepare data for use in the Financial Planning model, ensuring accuracy
- Help to build a robust, iterative commercial planning and forecasting model leveraging modelling, analysis, trend performance and drivers.
- Work with Dyno Leadership teams, Channel Leads, Finance and other cross functional teams to develop robust governance and control of financials
- Update KPI’s for the latest monthly and quarterly review materials
- Analyse trends and KPIs, highlighting areas of focus to improve decision making and to drive performance against the plan
- Preparation of data and charts for Business Performance Meeting content (performance forecast, analysis and tracking and forecasts)
- Perform data analysis to support the development of actionable insights into commercial performance from both internal and external data sources
The Person:
- Must have 1-2 years of analytical experience in a commercial setting with a passion for producing insight to support decision making
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, as well as a drive to meet financial goals
- Capability to absorb and interpret large amounts of potentially conflicting data sets to identify true performance levels, key performance insights and inform decision making processes
You will have clear examples of:
- Working with colleagues and partners to achieve brilliant outcomes in a matrix organisation
- Have the drive to get things done
- Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for quality and consistency
We are also looking for the knowledge, skills and experience listed below:
- Commercially astute
- Excellent collaborator across all boundaries

- Excellent Excel skills, with SQL coding experience an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships of influence
- Passion for learning and developing new skills
