The Commercial Analyst, MarTech is an Inmar Martech business expert who leverages customer opportunities to support increases in revenue and EBITDA. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic deal evaluations for the MarTech organization. This role will be responsible for producing trusted financial models, standardizing deal evaluation frameworks, and ensuring consistent processes for new and renewal contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive disciplined and repeatable processes that align with strategic business objectives.

Partner with sales teams to develop compelling client materials and pitches, leveraging data-driven insights to showcase tailored solutions and value propositions.

Provide accurate, insightful analysis to support client acquisition and deal decision-making to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.

Develop and communicate concise data driven deal hypotheses for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client goals and challenges, providing data-driven solutions that align client needs with strategic business objectives.

Ensure deal quality by actively participating in negotiations and aligning agreements with business unit (BU) strategic pillars.

Represent the business commercial team in negotiations, aligning deals with OKRs to achieve optimal outcomes for both Inmar and its clients.

Create and manage P&Ls that follow deals through their lifecycle, from evaluation to execution, including renewals and CPG contracts.

Provide direct support to customer-facing teams during client calls, offering expertise on commercial and product strategies to address client needs and align solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree required in business, marketing or analytics related discipline

Preferred: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Business Analytics

2+ Years of work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the position's primary responsibilities/essential functions.

Must have achieved success through product or business in retail grocery, consumer packaged goods companies, or technology companies in services of the grocery industry.
