Owns the end-to-end execution of AI projects across global sales and customer service. Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT and Commercial project team members.
Ensures projects deliver measurable value and are scalable.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Act as a substantive AI domain expert, supporting Sales & Customer Support teams and stakeholders with AI knowledge

  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define AI use cases, frameworks, and approaches

  • Conduct business feasibility analysis and ROI projections for proposed AI initiatives

  • Translate business needs into clear problem statements and data requirements

  • Evaluate AI use cases from feasibility, impact, and value perspectives

  • Lead end-to-end Commercial AI project execution from business case through adoption

  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business, data, and technology teams

  • Develop and execute change management strategies including training and communication plans. Establish user journey mapping for AI solutions

  • Globally manage AI project portfolio, business ROI tracking, and stakeholder expectations

  • Establish governance frameworks for AI pilot approval and business impact measurement within global Commercial Sales & Customer Care org

  • Drive user adoption and manage organizational resistance to AI implementations

  • Design and deliver training programs for AI tool adoption across global teams

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address resistance to AI initiatives

  • Ensure AI initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategy

  • Coordinate with HR and regional leadership on change readiness assessments

  • Measure and report on adoption rates and user satisfaction metrics

  • Lead steering committee meetings and executive reporting on AI initiative progress

  • Establish governance frameworks AI pilot approval and graduation processes (within Commercial - global Sales & Customer Care org)

YOU HAVE :

  • 5 years Experience in Global project mgmt. of complex, fast paced initiatives; primary focus on digital transformation

  • 5-8 years experience in commercial operations, business analysis, or program management

  • Strong business acumen in sales/customer service operations and process improvement

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications and limitations in business contexts

  • Proven change management experience in technology adoption initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders to define and deliver technology‑enabled transformation programs

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear business insights

  • Continuous learning mindset with awareness of evolving AI technologies, industry trends, and emerging applications of generative AI in enterprise environments

  • Ability to evaluate practical applications and limitations of AI in business contexts and translate complex AI topics into clear business insights

  • Awareness of evolving AI technologies, trends related to AI, understanding of emerging generative AI applications in enterprise environments

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł18.091,70 - zł37.575,00 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
