We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our on-site project team in Finland.
You will support a commercial team of quantity surveyors with administration, document control, and coordination to ensure project information is accurate, organised, and progressed on time.
This position will be based on-site five days per week in Kirkkonummi / Espoo, Finland.
Requirements
- Process orders in line with company procedures
- Perform general administration, data entry, and ad hoc office tasks
- Maintain and organise project documentation
- Track document comments and follow up on responses
- Support the Quantity Surveyor team with reporting and deadlines
- Attend project meetings and assist with action tracking
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration (construction, engineering, finance or similar preferred)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
