We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our Account Management team. Your mission? Build long-term partnerships with our commercial (mid-market) customers and make sure they get the most out of Rossum.
You’ll be their trusted advisor—driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and helping them achieve their business outcomes with Rossum. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to create a seamless customer journey and contribute directly to Rossum’s growth.
What You’ll DoManage a portfolio of ~100 commercial accounts (primarily mid-market), ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Lead renewal negotiations and secure long-term customer partnerships.
Spot and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value.
Act as the main point of contact, coordinating with Customer Experience for smooth adoption and issue resolution.
Deliver regular business reviews, showcasing value realized and future growth opportunities.
Share actionable insights with Product and Sales to shape improvements.
Track account health, usage, and expansion pipeline using CRM and data tools.
2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales.
Skilled in relationship management and negotiations, with a track record of hitting retention and expansion targets.
Strong communicator and presenter in English.
Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven decision-making.
Bonus points if you:
Know Intelligent Document Processing, automation, or related SaaS spaces.
Speak additional European languages.
Understand APIs or Rossum’s ecosystem.
Complete onboarding and product training.
Build relationships across 100% of your customer portfolio.
Deliver first account reviews and identify 2–3 quick-win upsell or renewal opportunities.
Lead renewals independently, achieving 90%+ renewal rate.
Generate at least 10% ARR expansion within your accounts.
Establish a quarterly review rhythm with all customers.
Consistently exceed retention and expansion targets.
Act as a customer advocate, feeding product insights back into Rossum.
Build and document a scalable playbook to support the Account Management team.
