Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with Movement Insurance current and future clients
- Managing renewals by tracking, following up on and completing renewal business through text, phone and/or email to achieve production objectives
- Using a client-focused and needs-based process to educate clients about their insurance options
- Understanding various products from multiple carriers to help clients with renewal options and market comparisons
- Communicating with and serving clients effectively to meet their needs and increase retention
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling as needed
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships to ensure ongoing renewal opportunities
- Creating agency efficiency through data reporting and monthly meetings for goal tracking
- Updating client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate
- Working with Flatworld, our 3rd party back office solution, to help service and retain clients
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm around the role insurance plays in helping people manage everyday risks and working through / recovering from the unexpected
- Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable managing client escalations and ability to solve problems creatively
- Open to coaching with the need to continuously grow in your position
- Agency Management System Experience in Applied Epic
- Strong skills in detailed follow ups, client relationships, organization and a pro-active approach to work needs for success and efficiency
- EOS experience
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
