About the Team

The Revenue team's mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by selling the only platform purpose-built to run revenue. Our team's purview spans all things revenue — operations, new logos, account management, and sales development — as well as enablement, programs, sales engineering, and value engineering. We're responsible not just for creating and closing high-velocity pipelines, but also the programs and training that help turn pipelines into revenue.


About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the current customer portfolio. You will collaborate on customer marketing initiatives, shape product prioritization, partner with Customer Success and Technical Support, and interact daily with executive leadership. We are seeking proven high performers to over achieve sales objectives and establish long term relationships with our customers. 


You will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with a number of marquee Clari customers. Your key responsibilities include renewing existing business, hunting within your book in order to cross-sell across our suite of products, and up-selling based on customer potential. You'll serve as the main commercial point of contact and ultimately be responsible for the success and growth of your book of accounts. 


This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a solution-based sales approach to cross-selling across our suite of products, up-selling based on customer potential, and renewing existing business.
  • Manage large, complex deals during all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Self-source and manage a robust, diversified pipeline of multi-product business
  • Drive strong internal collaboration with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing and Product as the quarterback of the account team. 
  • Create and deliver a strong value narrative helping our customers understand the ROI they receive from Clari.
  • Pitch and demo Clari for sales leaders & executives: CRO, CFO, VP Sales Operations/Enablement, VP of Sales and business development leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong Executive Buyer (EB) relationships while multi-threading into other key executives across the C-Suite, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales with at least 1 year of strategic software selling experience (ideally at a SaaS company).
  • Proven ability to grow, renew, and close six-figure ARR contracts.
  • Understanding of subscription and consumption business models.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% on-site to customer meetings.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.


    The total target cash range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. Total target cash includes base salary and a target incentive. The total direct compensation package for this position may include stock options, benefits, stipends, perks and/or other applicable incentives.
