 About the Role

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of commercial clients, providing responsive service and knowledgeable guidance. You will manage policy changes, certificates, billing inquiries, claims reporting, ID cards, endorsements, renewals, and other policy updates. You will also review policies for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, compliant records. In addition, you will assess client risk exposures, recommend coverage solutions, collaborate with carriers on underwriting decisions, and support new business through submissions, quotes, proposals, and client presentations.

Salary range: $50,000–$100,000 annually, based on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated insurance expertise.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

· Required: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

· Required: At least two years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience

· Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively

· Working knowledge of insurance products, carrier markets, underwriting, and coverage analysis

· Comfort using agency management systems, carrier portals, rating platforms, Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and PDF tools

· Preferred: Commercial lines experience and a CISR designation or progress toward one
