Job descriptionThe Team
Our Turkey Sales team is a dynamic, high-performing group focused on driving growth across key regions and industries, including government, public sector, financial services, telecommunications, and large enterprises. Based across major hubs with strong coverage in Ankara and Central Anatolia, the team collaborates closely with presales, services, and partner ecosystems to deliver innovative data infrastructure and digital transformation solutions. With a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity, the team plays a critical role in positioning Hitachi Vantara as a trusted strategic partner for complex, high-value technology initiatives.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will lead business development and account management activities across Ankara and Central Anatolia, driving revenue growth through indirect and partner-led sales. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals—while managing both existing customers and new prospects. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will position integrated solutions spanning enterprise storage, data management, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, AI-ready infrastructure, and managed services. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to develop tailored solutions, deliver compelling proposals, and ensure successful outcomes. This role also requires strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and proactive engagement with market trends and competitive dynamics.
What you´ll bring
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in complex solution-selling environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong experience managing large enterprise, public sector, banking, or telecom accounts
- Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies (storage, cloud, virtualization, cybersecurity, data management)
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working within channel-driven or partner-led sales models
- Strong network within Ankara and Central Anatolia enterprise or public sector markets (preferred)
- Experience with government procurement processes and tender management (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Fluency in Turkish and English
