Why This Role Matters:

You will help us continue to drive new business growth at scale, we’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to close. You will leverage consultative selling, influence key stakeholders, and navigate multi-layered buying processes. This role requires a high degree of organization rigor, excellent storytelling and persuasive communication skills, and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexity. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, desire to succeed, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Management + Pipeline Generation

  • Inbound Strategy: Manage inbound lead flow effectively to convert into qualified sales pipeline by multithreading additional contacts to join the first meeting.

  • Outbound Strategy: Build a target account strategy to pinpoint ideal customers using firmographic data, intent signals, and key personas. Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences that speak to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and priorities. Consistent follow-up, leveraging warm intros, thought leadership content, and strategic use of executive alignment helps open doors and build momentum.

Discovery & Consultative Selling:

  • Lead discovery calls to uncover business priorities, compliance needs, and pain points.

  • Position EasyLlama’s value in the context of customer goals, leveraging industry expertise and competitive insights.

  • Build trust through tailored conversations, objection handling, and solution alignment.

Solution Design & Presentation:

  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to stakeholders across the org.

  • Customize proposals that speak to ROI, compliance impact, and long-term value.

  • Leverage case studies and customer stories to reinforce relevance and urgency.

Deal Strategy and Stakeholder Management:

  • Create and manage strategic close plans for complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, detailed negotiations, and legal reviews.

  • Build deep relationships with champions and executive sponsors to accelerate momentum and influence buying committees.

  • Pull in internal leaders where needed to move deals forward.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting:

  • Own your pipeline and forecast with precision using our CRM.

  • Provide transparent deal updates to sales leadership and cross-functional partners.

Adherence to Key KPI Benchmarks:

Hit key benchmarks. Examples:

  • Weekly self-sourced pipeline activity (e.g. 100 outbound calls)

  • Inbound lead conversion

  • Pipeline growth and velocity

  • Win rates and revenue attainment

Collaboration & Feedback Loops:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and enablement to improve messaging, GTM strategy, and product-market fit.

  • Share feedback from the field to help shape roadmap and positioning.

Representing the Brand & Thought Leadership:

  • Periodically represent EasyLlama at industry events and webinars.

  • Build your voice and presence on LinkedIn to enhance your online presence and influence buyers.

  • Stay sharp with ongoing development in enterprise sales and industry knowledge.

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of enterprise closing experience. Ability to validate a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 1,000+ employees.

  • A disciplined approach to CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and deal hygiene that supports predictable revenue generation.

  • Skilled in territory planning, account strategy, and building pipeline from scratch without SDR support. Understands importance of consistently hitting KPIs.

  • Strong discovery and objection-handling skills, with the ability to map business pain to solution value and differentiate against competitors.

  • Comfort working across teams (marketing, product, enablement, leadership) to move deals forward and share customer insights.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively influence others at all levels, internally and externally.

  • Experience working in a high-growth or ambiguous environment with a proactive, resourceful, and outcome-oriented mindset.

  • $100,000-120,000k Base | $200,000-240,000k OTE
