Job Description

Are you ready to take the reins, build powerful relationships, and drive sales growth with some of the industry’s biggest players?
As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our business, owning a portfolio of top-tier clients and working closely with project builders to support and elevate their businesses. This is more than a sales role – it's a chance to make an impact, build a future, and work with people who share your passion for excellence.

  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with major project builders and key clients, ensuring satisfaction and consistent engagement.
  • Set project goals, keep stakeholders in the loop with regular meetings, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Achieve stock control targets, hit revenue goals, and own your pipeline with effective negotiation and CRM management.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our BDMs and sales support team to deliver projects seamlessly and exceed client expectations.
  • Forge strong relationships with decision-makers across different stakeholder groups, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
  • Stay organised and efficient by leveraging CRM tools to manage client relationships, track progress, and maintain up-to-date sales data.
  • Be a collaborative, proactive part of our team, contributing ideas and strategies to help us grow as a company.

Qualifications

  • You genuinely love working with people and have the skills to communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively.
  • You know how to manage your time and prioritise tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Experience in project management is a plus – you’re comfortable leading and coordinating to get results.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is key. You love a good challenge and are ready to find creative ways to tackle it.
  • You’re skilled at interpreting data, with a solid understanding of reporting and how it can drive smart decisions.
  • You bring integrity, honesty, and professionalism to everything you do.
  • You’re driven to succeed but also enjoy working with a team to achieve big-picture goals.
