New York, NYCondé Nast Traveler is seeking an Commerce Producer to support the Condé Nast Traveler Commerce team. This person is a quick learner of software, very comfortable working from an editorial calendar, and can quickly build web content in a fast-paced environment.
This person will work with the Condé Nast Traveler commerce team to create product galleries, articles, and review pages on a daily basis. They will be responsible for supporting production for additional commerce team projects across platforms, including web, newsletter, and social. They will also be responsible for using internal systems to hardcode off-platform links, identify and fix broken links and out-of-stock items, as well as implement text and image formatting revisions. This role will oversee the build of retail and bookings storefronts.

Responsibilities
Build commerce products, hotel review pages, articles, galleries, and storefronts for cntraveler.com
Act as a liaison between editors and visuals team for photo needs
Take inventory of products and update sold out items, sale prices, available colors, etc.
Maintain database of hotel reviews
Assist with venue card production, working with both the Destination and Commerce editors as well as Art leads to ensure all venues have photos of appropriate quality and diversity, as well as article builds
Work with the Traveler commerce and partnership teams to identify affiliate link optimizations
Update production workflow calendars, production manuals, and process one-sheets
Assist in building commerce newsletter sends
Assist in production for travel booking and shopping events (Black Friday–Travel Tuesday, Amazon Prime Day) and tentpoles (Readers’ Choice Awards, Gold List, Hot List, Triple Crown)
Additional duties as required, or as assigned by manager
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational time management skills, self-directed work style, and polished communication skills
Comfort working with CMS; knowledge of Copilot a plus but not required
Basic understanding of Sailthru preferred
Interest in travel preferred
A self-starter who relishes the opportunity to accelerate the growth of Traveler’s commerce business
The expected base salary range for this position is from $68,500 - $78,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
