Commerce Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking to launch a new AI commerce business this year to address an urgent need for CPG clients.  The solution has been created and we’ve already begun client pilots.  To launch the business, we will work with IPG Communications and one of our PR firms for the communications strategy, but will need additional support for the activities.  The Intern will support the SVP, Chief Commerce Strategy Officer, the global head of AI Commerce, and the global head of Creative Commerce in these efforts. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Research of current market solutions that are similar to what will be launched, including past news releases of the solutions.
• Assist with the development of materials to support communication strategies and activities.
• Assisting with social posts and analysis related to the launch.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Sophomore to senior level college student.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Well organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

NY SALARY RANGE: 

The salary range for this position is $16 to $19 per hour. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
