Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.
We are looking for an experienced Collibra Platform Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Collibra Platform, enabling data governance, cataloging, and stewardship across the organization.
You will work closely with data stewards, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure Collibra is effectively integrated into our data ecosystem and supports our strategic data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Administer and maintain the Collibra platform, including upgrades, configuration, scalability and performance optimization.
 - Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Collibra and other enterprise systems (e.g., data lakes, BI tools, metadata sources).
 - Workflow Development: Implement Collibra workflows to support data governance, stewardship, and quality processes.
 - User Enablement: Support onboarding and training of users, ensuring adoption and effective use of Collibra capabilities.
 - Governance Support: Collaborate with data governance teams to implement policies, standards, and metadata management practices.
 - Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor platform health, resolve issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
 - Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
 - Security & Compliance: Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure security and compliance.
 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
 - 5+ years of experience in data platform administration, data governance.
 - Hands-on experience with Collibra platform configuration and integration.
 - Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data governance frameworks.
 - Experience with REST APIs, Java, Python, or Groovy for workflow and integration development.
 - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 - Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
 - Familiarity with data mesh or data product architecture principles.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Collibra Solution Architect Certification or Collibra Certified Professional certification
 - Experience in Agile environments and empowered product teams.
