JOB SUMMARY

This role manages job requisitions on the company website, guides candidates through the interview and hiring process, coordinates participation in university career fairs, and tracks hiring data and outcomes across the program. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requisition Management
- Create, post, and maintain job openings on the company website and job boards.
- Keep postings current, updating or closing listings as hiring needs change.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with hiring manager needs.
Candidate Process Management
- Move candidates through each stage of the hiring process, from application through offer.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate proactively with candidates regarding status, next steps, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support offer preparation.
Career Fair & Event Coordination
- Identify and register the company for relevant university career fairs and events.
- Coordinate logistics for on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
- Build relationships with university career centers to secure event participation.
- Track event participation and follow up with candidates sourced from career fairs.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track recruiting metrics, including applicants, interviews, offers, and hires.
- Maintain hiring data by school, event, and requisition to measure source effectiveness.
- Build and update reports summarizing pipeline status and program outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or event coordination.
- Experience with an ATS and job board/career site posting tools.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or reporting tools to track and summarize data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and events simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work the scheduled part-time hours consistently, including occasional travel for career fairs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with campus or early-career recruiting programs.
- Familiarity with university relations or career fair logistics.
- Experience building reports or dashboards in Excel or an ATS reporting tool.
