Guest Services: The Guest Services Coordinator internship will empower you to exercise various guest services techniques and cultivate essential leadership skills desired in the industry. As an intern, you to be the first and last impression for our guests. You will coordinate and carry our important functions and responsibilities that result in service that is tailored to each of our guests. We are seeking for an individual that is detail and people- oriented, ambitious, and enthusiastic about learning and growing in the Hospitality Industry.

Spa: The Spa and Salon Attendant Internship is the first step in developing your leadership skills to be intuitively responsive to the needs of our guests. As an intern, you will play an integral part in the daily functions and responsibilities of facilitating an outstanding Spa experience to both members and guests alike. We are seeking an extremely detail and people- oriented individual interested in growing their communication and guest service skills. Growth opportunities are available as the internship will include training in both the Spa and Salon.

Pool&Beach: The Pool and Beach Attendant Internship is the amazing way to spend your summer gaining valuable service and sales experience in the South Florida sun. As an intern, you will play an integral part in the daily service in The Breakers most sought after area to both members and guests alike. We are seeking friendly, outgoing and detail oriented individuals interested in growing their communication and guest service skills. Growth opportunities are available as the internship will include training or shadowing in selling cocktails, arrival experience and bungalow concierge services.

Housekeeping: The Housekeeping Coordinator Intern plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department while gaining hands-on experience in luxury hospitality. This internship provides exposure to hotel operations, guest service, communication, and administrative coordination.

Technology Services: The Technology support intern provides frontline technical support by resolving basic issues and fulfilling service requests using established procedures. Responsible for managing support requests via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, imaging and deploying devices, supporting phone systems, completing daily operational tasks, analyzing technical problems, and maintaining effective communication with users and the Technology Services team.

Food & Beverage: Food & Beverage Host Intern, you will be the first point of contact for guests across multiple dining venues, helping create memorable experiences through exceptional customer service. Supporting operations in up to 10 unique restaurant and lounge outlets, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, answer questions about menus and dining options, coordinate with restaurant teams, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. This internship provides hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, guest relations, and upscale dining environments while developing strong communication, organizational, and service excellence skills.
Available Year-Round
Culinary: You will be placed as a Cook I in one of our 10 Restaurants Outlets or Banquet/Pastry Kitchens. In this role, you will work alongside experienced mentors and gain expertise in the various roles and stations within either Restaurant or Banquet operations.
We do not provide housing but will be able to provide direction.
