The Role
POSITION SUMMARY
The College Program Representative will support and assist the College Ambassador Program Team in facilitating collaborations with brand ambassadors, building out campus events, and partnering with affiliates to increase the college customer awareness as well as drive student traffic to the US website in order to increase company revenue.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR COLLEGE PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE:
-You’ll assist in growing and scaling the College Ambassador Program amongst our US student demographic.
-You’ll grow the ambassador network by sourcing new talent daily, maintaining accurate records, and tracking ambassador performance using tools like Highrise and our affiliate platform.
-You’ll generate new ambassador contacts, track performance metrics, and deliver detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
-You’ll contribute to monthly reporting by tracking key metrics such as collaborations, ambassador content, budget spend, and new customer acquisition.
-You’ll help coordinate on and off campus activations, from student events to PR/marketing initiatives, acting as a brand representative at all touchpoints.
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-2+ years minimum of experience in ambassador/influencer marketing or public relations
-Proficiency in G-Suite and social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok) required
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
-Positive, optimistic attitude towards problem solving
-Team player
NICE TO HAVE:
-Collegiate ambassador program experience
-Affiliate platform experience (Shopify Collabs, Gatsby, Refersion, Rakuten, Captiv8, etc.)
