You’ll be part of the Collections Team and responsible to contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.

Role Responsibilities

• Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.

• These calls and emails are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

• Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve problems.

• Ensures all case notes are comprehensive and accurate.

• Ensures compliance with the team's objectives.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in fast-paced environments or roles focused on problem-solving.

• You must be studying business administration or a related field.

• Intermediate English and Excel level.

• Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all types of people.

• Self-motivated.

• Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
