The Role

Mediadonuts is a leading advertising, media, commerce, and ad-tech solutions company connecting brands to consumers by representing top platforms and publishers.

Position Overview

Responsible for following up with the overdue accounts receivable, collect payments from private and government entities, make sure documents are reported properly, and cooperate with accounts to correct errors, solve problems and answer inquiries.

1- Keep tracking outstanding debts by informing customers of their debt and their various options for repayment.

2- Independently evaluate information and initiate action within prescribed guidelines.

3- Plan course of action to recover owed money.

4- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
