We are accepting applications for a Collateral Management Associate. The support associate in the department is responsible for handling grounding units by the misc. mail cases and end of lease cases being completed. This may include communication with multiple areas or departments. Perform routine clerical functions that may include handling mail items, data entry, creation or completion of cases and reports, and any other related clerical duties assigned by management. Tasks may include Service Cloud cases, data entry, reporting, and other functions within the department.

Clearly and accurately closing lease accounts

Researching, resolving, and documenting issues

Professional and accurate communication with dealers or client relations when needed to term accounts

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Ability to multi-task

Assertive, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills

Must be detailed oriented

Ability to work independently as well as operate as part of a team

Ability to adapt to new processes as requested to provide support to all areas in the department

Competent PC and keyboard skills

Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm

Proficient in Excel

Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
