Tasks Performed:
- 65% Reviews loan and post closing documents for accuracy and complete documentation.
- 10% Monitors perfection documents for preparation and follows up that they are returned and accurate.
- 5% Maintains all documents throughout the life of the loan. Prepares monthly management reports.
- 10% Release perfection documents as loans are paid off or as instructed by the lender.
- 5% Assists customers/lenders with problems or questions as they arise.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
