EMEA CS Operations domain aims to deliver expertise to Murex clients from Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by providing a range of services including the implementation of new modules of the MX.3 platform, supporting evolution and production activities for our existing clients and trainings/advisory services delivery.

The modules and processes in the scope of the Operations domain relate to the back-office activities of our clients, such as trades lifecycle, settlement, collateral management, regulatory reporting among others.


Your missions/What you'll do

After a training phase on the software MX.3 and on a selection of business processes covered by the Operations domain, you will be required to work for EMEA clients on a wide variety of topics:

• Contribution to client projects (e.g., participation to the functional design and configuration of a module as part of a new implementation, participation to a software version upgrade project, etc.)

• Client support on Operations activities (analysis and monitoring of client inquiries and functional questions, search for solutions, escalation of incidents to product teams, etc.)

• Follow-up of new developments and fixes (sharing clients feedbacks/requirements with the product teams, coordination with product teams to meet clients deadlines)

• Knowledge transfer (e.g., presentation of a product, feature, or module internally or to the clients), training delivery on MX.3 modules to the clients or internally

• Development of a strong  expertise on Operations activity both from business and IT perspective

Your profile 

• Master degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Financial Market or similar quantitative field from an engineering school or university

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or financial industries

• Background in Technology (XSL, XML, SQL,UNIX, software development)

• Fact-based problem solving and strong analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, French is optional

• Autonomy, ability to work independently and in the team
