The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, groups, roles, Conditional Access, and MFA.
Handle mailbox management, mail flow, retention policies, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
Support Microsoft Teams configuration, policies, calling, meetings, and troubleshooting.
Monitor service health and perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management.
Perform tenant configuration, license management, and service optimization.
Support migration activities (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) and post-migration stabilization.
Work closely with L2/L3 teams and vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, security policies, and IT governance standards.

Required Technical and Professional Experience :
4-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
24/7 Shift.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online (mail flow, transport rules, spam policies).
Expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance.
Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security & compliance center.
Experience with PowerShell for M365 administration and automation.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience working in enterprise / large-scale environments.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :
B. Tech in Computer Science
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA).
