Agency Services is looking for a skilled Cold Email Copywriter/Campaign Manager who is passionate about driving acquisition through innovative email marketing strategies. In this role, you will manage hundreds of cold email campaigns, perform A/B testing, and oversee multiple lead sources to optimize performance and ensure high engagement rates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing techniques, be data-driven, and possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively. Responsibilities

  • Create and manage hundreds of cold email campaigns aimed at lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email body content, and call-to-action strategies to optimize open and response rates.
  • Utilize various lead sources to identify and target ideal prospects effectively, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Apify.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve future initiatives.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all campaigns, including results, testing outcomes, and lead sources.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to align client campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in cold emailing and digital marketing to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements
  • Deep Knowledge of Cold Email Strategy: Expertise in crafting, testing, and scaling cold email campaigns specifically for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Email Deliverability Expertise: Strong understanding of domain warming, inbox rotation, and email verification to ensure high deliverability rates.
  • Personalization at Scale: Proven ability to implement advanced personalization techniques, such as dynamic fields and contextual references, to increase engagement.
  • Cold Email Metrics Mastery: Track record of optimizing key performance indicators such as open rates, reply rates, positive response rates, and booked appointments.
  • Advanced Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cold email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker, Lemlist, or QuickMail for sequencing and campaign management.
  • A/B Testing Specialist: Skilled in running and analyzing A/B tests for subject lines, email copy, and call-to-action phrases to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Prospecting Expertise: Experience sourcing and qualifying cold email lists using tools like Clay, Apollo, Hunter.io, or Anymail Finder.
  • Follow-Up Optimization: Ability to design and optimize multi-step follow-up sequences that maximize response rates while avoiding spam triggers.
  • Cold Email Compliance Knowledge: Deep familiarity with cold outreach regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Writing for Conversion: Exceptional skill in crafting concise, engaging, and highly actionable email copy tailored for cold prospects.
  • Advanced Inbox Management: Experience managing multiple email inboxes, ensuring proper warm-up and rotation to avoid blacklisting.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Management: Strong ability to analyze cold email performance data, identify trends, and implement changes to drive measurable improvements.
