Job Description
- Create and run sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for B2C and B2B customers.
- Find and reach out to new customers through research and direct approaches.
- Promote the benefits of our cold chain product
- Build good relationships with customers and give great service.
- Solve customer problems quickly and make sure they are satisfied.
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve our cold chain product based on customer needs.
- Handle the full sales process from start to finish.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain, with a focus on cold chain logistics.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build a new business line independently.
- Skilled in using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail) and dashboards like Salesforce or Metabase.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
