- Greet all guests and visitors entering the hotel lobby with genuine warmth and traditional hospitality.

Guest Service & Information
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions.
- Provide accurate directions within the hotel property and surrounding areas.
- Assist the concierge and front desk teams by guiding guests to their destination or point of contact.
Promotion & Upselling
- Actively promote the hotel’s restaurants, lounges, spa, and promotional offers to lobby guests.
- Encourage visitors to explore and utilize hotel outlets.
Preparation & Maintenance
- Prepare and brew traditional Arabic coffee daily following hotel standards and authentic recipes.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the Arabic coffee station, traditional dallahs (pots), finjans (cups), and presentation trays.
- Ensure adequate stock of coffee, spices, dates, napkins, and service items throughout the shift.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and understood).
Skills: Hands-on knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee preparation and proper serving etiquette.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, front desk, or customer service.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, approachable demeanor, and strong cultural awareness.
