What You Will Do:
Work directly with coders on day-to-day project oversight
Train and monitor work on a daily basis
Assist with creation of productivity reports
Communicate effectively with clients regarding coding KPIs
What You Will Need:
3 years of Management experience
CPC from the AAPC
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, client admin and internal leadership
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Multispecialty E/M and surgical experience
Proficiency in excel
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
