1 Handling Coding responsible for delivery management of various outsourcing partners and hospital groups from US.
2 Ability to understand the exact requirement of each client and provide them more than the expected results both in terms of productivity and quality. Good research and analytical skills to help gain required information from various sources for finding answers for different difficult issues.
4 Work in close conjunction with the Manager Coding by understanding the requirement and by meeting the expectation levels.
5 Completely accountable for the Service Levels Agreed, Accountable for Team performance and Quality and Mentor and Coach the team to achieve better efficiency at all times.
6 Responsible for all process documentation and project planning and Conduct and recommend training to improve team performance
7 Manage Customer Engagement and Client Interaction when needed and Conduct and recommend training to improve team performance
8 Work towards continual improvement of processes and knowledge enhancement at all times and Ensure the TAT and Quality of projects handled.
9 Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards
10 Improve Coding turnaround time and effectively managing strategic revenue cycle initiatives; streamlining Coding operations to facilitate the growth of the division
11 Working on projection, achievement, client communication, resolving escalations, tracking and reporting all coding function requirements
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of client requirements and ability to meet/exceed productivity and quality expectations
- Good research and analytical skills to resolve complex coding issues
- Experience managing and mentoring coding teams to improve efficiency and performance
- Accountability for service levels, team performance, quality, and adherence to security standards
- Experience in process documentation, project planning, and conducting/recommending training
- Client engagement and escalation management skills, including communication with US hospital groups and outsourcing partners
- Experience improving coding turnaround time and implementing revenue cycle initiatives
- Ability to track, report, and meet TAT and quality metrics for coding projects
- Knowledge of external and internal quality and security standards relevant to coding operations
