. Garantizar la entrega de alimentación con las condiciones y
requerimientos solicitadas y en los tiempos establecidos previamente y
utilizando las recetas estandarizadas.
a. Garantizar el uso y el cumplimiento de las actividades establecidas en la
hoja de programación.
b. Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempo exigidos por el supervisor de
área, en cuanto al servicio de alimentación de los puntos asignados
según el contrato establecido desde el proceso de pedido de materia
prima hasta la entrega del producto terminado.
c. Cumplir con la entrega de producto al área de operaciones según lo
requerido en las diferentes solicitudes de producción.
d. Manipular de manera efectiva la materia prima, insumos y suministros
dentro del centro de producción con el equipo de trabajo, sin generar
despedidos.
e. Garantizar las condiciones organolépticas de todos los productos que
se encuentren en proceso dentro del centro de producción.
f. Preparar los diferentes menús teniendo en cuenta los procesos
establecidos por la empresa. (10 desperdicios,5 S, VPS, DDS1).
g. Asegurar que todos los procesos en el área de producción cumplan con
BPM y Calidad desde el alistamiento de materia prima hasta la entrega de
producto terminado.

Skills Required
- Follow standardized recipes and ensure timely delivery of meals from order to finished product
- Execute activities established in the production scheduling sheet
- Meet supervisor specifications and production times as per contract
- Deliver finished product to operations according to production requests
- Effectively handle raw materials, inputs and supplies within the production center
- Ensure organoleptic conditions (taste, texture, appearance) of products in process
- Prepare menus following company processes (10 desperdicios, 5S, VPS, DDS1)
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and quality from raw material preparation to finished product
- Comply with company norms, processes, and procedures
