Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) Intern, you will support the Suppliers Quality Management (SQM) team in the strategic rollout of the TraceGains (TG) platform. The intern will act as an implementation champion, develop proficiency as a platform power user, and provide critical support, training, and data accuracy enhancements. This role also involves supporting data integration solutions and the evolution of supplier risk models for improved supply decision-making.
- Act as the point of contact for the implementation of the TraceGains (TG) platform within the SQM team.
- Engage with suppliers and bottlers to facilitate platform adoption and usage.
- Offer administrative support, guidance, and training to suppliers and bottlers.
- Monitor and enhance data accuracy and on-time submission by suppliers and bottlers in the TG platform.
- Utilize TG platform data and processes to evolve the supplier risk model, with the objective of mitigating supply risks.
- Assist in the evolution of the supplier governance process by leveraging TG platform data.
Requirements:
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in in Supply Chain Management, Food Engineering, Industrial (Mechanical or Chemical Technology) Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Greece. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12 month internship.
- Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment. Innovative and forward-thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
- Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain management principles and quality management practices. Basic understanding of database management and data transfer processes. Basic skills in data analysis tools (eg Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (eg Tableau, Power BI) are preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, quality management systems or similar platforms is a plus.
