Key Responsibilities
As a Franchise Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Coca-Cola’s relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational alignment, and driving commercial success across different territories.

Assist in managing relationships with franchise bottlers and business partners.

Support the implementation of franchise strategies to drive growth and market share.

Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize product distribution and marketing efforts.

Analyze franchise performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Help develop training materials and programs for franchise teams to drive operational excellence.

Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the franchise business model.
Requirements

Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Belgium. No visa sponsorship is provided.

Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 20 hours/week for a 6 month internship.

Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)

Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.

Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.

Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of franchise and business operations. Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and a sense of initiative. Analytical and good in stakeholder management.
