Job Description
* Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and deliver tasks assigned as per predefined timelines and quality standards.
* Work on change requests from business.
* The resolution and recovery of assigned issues
* Analyzes issues to identify service restoration actions to be taken
* Issues investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.
* Assists with classification and prioritization of Issues
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
* Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
* Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
* Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.
* Contribute towards updating knowledge assets
* Document all the learning’s from the project
* Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
* Should be willing to work in Development/support in UK/India shift.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Qualifications
Primary Skill Set : Cobol, DB2, JCL and VSAM
Secondary Skill: CICS
Should have good knowledge, skill and hands on experience in Mainframe
