The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organization in both plants (KS & TN) while providing administrative support to the Brand President and assisting with daily store operations. This role requires a highly professional, friendly, and positive individual with strong communication skills and an executive presence. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Reception & Front Desk

•     Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and manage voicemail

•     Greet guests professionally and ensure proper visitor procedures

•     Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area

•     Manage conference room scheduling

•     Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries


Executive Administrative Support

•     Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Brand President

•     Arrange travel for leadership, staff, and guests

•     Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

•     Assist with meetings, events, and meals

•     Handle confidential information with discretion

•     Support special projects as needed


Store Operations Support

•     Support day-to-day store operations

•     Provide excellent customer service

•     Help maintain store appearance and organization

•     Coordinate supplies and vendors

•     Order and distribute supplies


General Administrative Support

•     Assist departments as needed

•     Maintain organized documentation

•     Support internal communication

•     Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications


Education and/or Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Administrative, reception, or customer service experience preferred


Language Skills:  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.  Must have excellent communication skills.


Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 


Reasoning Ability:  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment


Safety glasses and closed-toe shoes are required when on the production floor.  Typical 8-hour work days, overtime required when deemed necessary.

Skills Required
