About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coaching Operations Associate to support the execution of complex, global coaching initiatives for our enterprise customers. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Coaching Operations to launch coaching programs, manage key operational processes, and ensure a seamless, world class experience for our coaches and customers. Those who will succeed in this role are highly organized, get excited by the “white space” of opportunity, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy shaping and scaling programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the launch, promotion, and execution of coaching programs with global customers ensuring high rates of adoption.
  • Serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Develop strong working relationships and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Document key processes and develop playbooks to support internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance program effectiveness as the business scales.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems, maintaining accurate records to track program performance and derive insights.
  • Oversee invoice management, approving and processing payments on time.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Operations experience – Background in operations, program coordination, or a related field, preferably in a coaching, wellness, or SaaS environment.
  • Organizational skills – Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Data proficiency – Comfortable working with data; experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Effective communication Clearly and confidently convey complex information to high-profile stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
  • Time management – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Process documentation – Experience with documenting processes and creating clear guidelines for others.
  • Relationship-building – Ability to build trust, listen actively, and provide thoughtful recommendations to improve processes.
  • Creativity – Ability to solve problems and find innovative ways to enhance program operations.
  • Ownership mindset – Takes initiative and drives projects forward with minimal oversight.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in ambiguity and is excited by opportunities to build and scale new initiatives.

Compensation:


Base compensation for this role will likely fall in the $75,000-$85,000 range.

  • Please note: We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity. The final offer amount will depend on factors like experience, expertise, and may differ from the range above. This range also excludes additional benefits, such as 401(k), and medical, dental, or vision insurance.
