The postholder will develop coaching resources, facilitate coaching sessions, support action learning and reflective practice, and help ensure leadership development is transferred into day-to-day management practice.

The role will contribute to a culture of continuous learning, confident leadership and effective people development by supporting accessible, inclusive and practical coaching interventions across HAAS.

  • Gather participant feedback and identify themes to support continuous improvement of iLEAD and wider leadership development activity.
