- 推动销售与策略执行：协助店长通过销售预测、计划制定及品类活动落地，达成销售目标；持续监控关键绩效指标（KPI），并根据需要及时调整策略。

- 提供卓越客户服务：营造包容、充满活力的购物环境，确保符合Coach服务标准；快速妥善处理客户问题，并在门店及社区中积极担任品牌大使。
- 领导与培养人才：负责团队成员的招聘、入职培训与辅导；营造协作文化，打造与品牌愿景一致的高潜人才梯队。
- 落实全渠道与数字化互动：支持虚拟购物、客户关系管理（Clienteling）及客户数据收集；善用社交媒体趋势，提升客户体验。
- 确保卓越运营：监督各项政策合规执行，包括排班、薪资、人力资源流程、防损措施及视觉陈列标准；维护门店安全，并管理好供应商合作关系。
- 协作与沟通：与管理层紧密合作，解读市场趋势，制定门店策略，并向区域及总部团队分享洞察，推动跨部门项目落地。
任职要求
工作内容：

任职资格：
• 本科及以上学历
• 8年及以上零售经验，其中5年及以上的零售管理经验，任职于中高 端消费品牌尤佳
• 具备专业操守和杰出的领导才能
• 出色的协调组织能力和团队建设能力
• 出色的战略性思维和解决问题的能力
• 良好的英语沟通能力
