Bij Greif zijn we een wereldleider in industriële verpakkingsproducten en -diensten, toegewijd aan duurzaamheid, veiligheid en operationele uitmuntendheid. Onze locatie in Ede (Nederland) – Greif Tholu B.V. – ongeveer 140 mensen in dienst heeft en een sleutelrol speelt in nieuwe en gerenoveerde Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's). We bevorderen een samenwerkende, veiligheid-eerste omgeving waarin voortdurende verbetering deel uitmaakt van onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
Over de functie
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Coördinator Veiligheid om ons team in Ede te versterken. In deze rol stimuleer je verbeteringen in Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) en kwaliteitsnormen, waarbij je naleving waarborgt en actief een sterke veiligheidscultuur in de hele fabriek bevordert.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
- Het bevorderen en versterken van het bewustzijn en de cultuur van EH&S in de hele fabriek door nauw samen te werken met operationele teams.
- Beheer EH&S-gegevens en bereid rapporten, scorecards en trendanalyses voor om prestatieverbeteringen te ondersteunen.
- Communiceer regelgeving en interne beleidslijnen aan het management en de operaties.
- Coördineer en ondersteun regelgevende inspecties en audits.
- Organiseer en geef trainingen over relevante EH&S- en kwaliteitsonderwerpen.
- Gebruik systemen en tools om naleving en prestaties te volgen.
- Identificeer en escaleer risico's voor gezondheid, veiligheid of het milieu.
- Zorg voor beschikbaarheid en beheer van veiligheidsuitrusting.
- Ondersteun de naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en -normen.
- Draag bij aan continue verbeteringsinitiatieven en voer aanvullende taken uit indien nodig.
Vereisten
- MVK (Middelbare Veiligheidskunde) had de voorkeur of gelijkwaardige veiligheidskwalificatie.
- 2–5 jaar ervaring in een kwaliteits-, veiligheids- of EH&S-gerelateerde functie.
- Goede kennis van gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
- Ervaring met chemische en/of voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften is een pluspunt.
- Vermogen om risico's en onveilige werkpraktijken binnen de operaties te identificeren.
- Sterke analytische en datamanagementvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met het trainen en coachen van collega's op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden met het vermogen om stakeholders te beïnvloeden.
- Vaardig in Nederlands en Engels.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is €43,000.00 - €64,400.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between43,000.00 to53,700.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
