Job Title: Outbound Education and Training Programs Co-op

About the Outbound Education and Training Programs Co-op Role

We seek a passionate and driven Co-op to join our Snyk Learn team, supporting outbound Education and Training programs. In this role, you will play a key part in rolling out and managing Snyk Training 2.0, which includes a new product training experience, live training offering, and certification programs. You will work with the Snyk Learn team, along with our professional services and developer relations teams, to develop and scale our customer-facing offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the rollout and administration of Snyk Training 2.0 - new product training experience, live training offering, and certification programs with a focus on AI security.

  • Leverage our technology partner platforms to assist in the development, setup, and running of the program.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for scheduling trainings and administering certifications.

  • Support developing engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, webinars, and workshops.
    Conduct market research to identify and understand the needs of our target audience.

  • Create, curate, and package training material, including workshops.

  • Organize and support events focused on training & certification.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of our program.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

It would be great if you have had experience with:

  • Developing and delivering presentations.

  • Using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).

  • Using customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Open source software, developer security, and education.
