To support our growth, we are looking for a :

CO-DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (W/M)

Long term contract - Wiesbaden (Germany)

Under the supervision of the country manger you'll Identify and negotiate Co-Development solar and energy storage projects and M&A opportunities in line with REDEN's strategic direction.

Your main tasks will be:

TO MANAGE DEALS FROM ACQUISITION TO CLOSING

  • Identify opportunities (M&A acquisitions, co-development, sales) and coordinate with development and country manager teams to ensure project feasibility.

  • Analyse and calculate economic viabilities.

  • Manage due diligence.

  • Negotiate and prepare transaction documents

  • Prepare application for shareholders' approval.

TO DEVELOP MARKET KNOWLEDGE

  • Improve market understanding by analysing trends, conducting studies

  • Establish a network.

TO COORDINATE OTHER DEPARTMENTS’ ACTIVITIES

  • Take responsibility for projects from enquiry to Ready To Build.

  • Coordinate all departments involved.

Expected skills

You have a degree in engineering, a master's degree in energy management, geography, or urban planning, or have gained extensive experience in our industry through other means.

You have at least 3+ years of relevant experiences in project management in the field of renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind power, or others).

You are familiar with financial analysis and modelling, with a good ability to synthesise.

Skills Required

  • Degree in engineering, or a master's in energy management, geography, or urban planning, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 3+ years of project management experience in renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind, or similar).
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and financial modelling.
  • Experience managing due diligence, negotiating transactions, and preparing transaction documents.
