As we continue to expand our ability to empower family caregivers nationwide, we are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Clinical Lead. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, this role plays a crucial part in managing and supporting our clinical team, overseeing order management, supporting field nurses, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and documentation practices. You will lead RN Case Managers, optimize clinical work processes, and drive high-quality patient care and outcomes.

A true player-coach, you are equally comfortable supervising clinical staff and diving directly into field support, QA processes, and order management. Data-driven and empathetic, you have a passion for building effective teams, ensuring accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency across interdisciplinary teams.

This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Denver, CO.

• Supervise clinical staff: Manage RN Case Managers, conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and execute new hire orientation and training.

• Drive team alignment: Conduct weekly IDT/POD meetings to review clinical practices, address operational concerns, and oversee weekly billing memos.

• Manage clinical orders: Oversee the placement, receipt, and upload of orders to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Ensure documentation accuracy: Conduct Start of Care (SOC) reviews and ensure Face-to-Face (F2F) documentation adequacy, including timely outreach to PCPs.

• Provide field support: Act as a primary clinical resource for nurses in the field, delivering guidance, support, and constructive feedback.

• Support quality assurance: Assist with QA processes for CNA visits and assessments, encouraging active RN participation in QA initiatives.

• Maintain open communication: Partner closely with Clinical Nurse Managers, the DON, and Clinic Leads to escalate concerns and streamline clinical workflows.

In 12 months, you will have established a high-performing clinical team with structured supervisory processes, streamlined EHR order management and SOC review workflows, and maintained high quality assurance standards and compliance across your team.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CO.

• Experienced home health field case manager with 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical documentation systems (EMR) and regulatory requirements.

• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the Denver, CO area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Prior supervisory experience in pediatric home health care preferred.
