As a CNC Turner at NTS Hengelo, you are responsible for manufacturing precision parts. You independently set up the machine, program it, read drawings and work instructions, and contribute to the machining conditions. Single pieces, small series, complex materials: you don't find it a problem, you find it challenging.

You work in a modern machine park and are responsible for the preventive maintenance of your machine. With your experience, you actively participate in the process and come up with improvement suggestions. You don't like simple work.

• Manufacturing and checking clamping, tools, and products according to drawings and work instructions;

• Intermediate and final measuring of products and ensuring the quality of the end result;

• Performing preventive maintenance on the machine and identifying process improvement opportunities;

• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a smooth and high-quality production process.

We are looking for a precise and driven craftsman who thrives on complex and varied work. We require:

• MBO-level obtained through experience, preferably in mechanical engineering or machining;

• Demonstrable work experience as a CNC Turner;

• Precise, proactive, and a real team player, willing to work in 2 shifts;

• Good command of the English language in speech and writing, due to drawings, work instructions, and communication in the workplace.

With this challenge, we offer the following benefits:

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,300 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;

• Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days for a full-time position;
