CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist

Compensation: Up to $32 per hour (DOE) with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Dependable
• Operate Swiss Style CNC
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Make offsets to meet print tolerances
• Changing of tools in efficient manner
• Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
• Follow quality procedures
• Basic computer and math skills
• Knowledge of removing burrs
• Three (3) plus years of experience
• 2nd and 3rd Shift(s) / 8 Hours shifts – Monday through Friday/Overtime Optional when available

Additional Skills:

• Set up Star ST38, SV32, SR32 and SR20
• Trouble shoot machining process and machines
• Use of Fanuc Controls
• Use of Partmaker or Gibbs Cam
• To be able to operate multiple machines
• Use of Keyence, ECAD and Zeiss CT scanner
• Knowledge of Trig and Geometry
• Experience with Medical components

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 40 lbs. occasionally
• Standing for prolonged periods of time
• 20/20 vision with correction
