Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Dependable
- Operate Swiss Style CNC
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Make offsets to meet print tolerances
- Changing of tools in efficient manner
- Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
- Follow quality procedures
- Basic computer and math skills
- Knowledge of removing burrs
- Three (3) plus years of experience
- 2nd and 3rd Shift(s) / 8 Hours shifts – Monday through Friday/Overtime Optional when available
Additional Skills:
- Set up Star ST38, SV32, SR32 and SR20
- Trouble shoot machining process and machines
- Use of Fanuc Controls
- Use of Partmaker or Gibbs Cam
- To be able to operate multiple machines
- Use of Keyence, ECAD and Zeiss CT scanner
- Knowledge of Trig and Geometry
- Experience with Medical components
