We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. This role will involve creating and executing part operation process steps using Oracle software. The successful candidate will work closely with our manufacturing team to optimize processes and ensure efficient production.
Responsibilities- Develop and write CNC programs for milling operations.
- Execute Oracle software to create detailed process steps for parts.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand production requirements.
- Optimize and improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in CNC programming and process execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC programming and process steps.
- Maintain and update process documentation and records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing processes.
- Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in using Oracle software for process execution.
- Strong knowledge of CNC milling operations and programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
