Preferred QualificationsRequired:
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience
- Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or mill-turn machines
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Solid knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Nakamura, Okuma, or similar CNC controls
Preferred:
- 5-axis programming experience
- Strong proficiency with ESPRIT CAM software is a plus
- Background in aerospace, defense, or precision machining
- Experience with CAD software and solid models (SolidWorks, STEP, IGES, etc.)
- Experience with automation or multi-tasking machines
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
