Trueline is seeking an experienced CNC press brake operator to join their team. This role requires at least one year of experience operating a CNC press brake machine.
Minimum Qualifications/Technical Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or technical school.
- Mechanical and metal fabrication experience
- 1+ years CNC press brake machine operation experience required
- Complete training on the battery-operated pallet jack.
- Ability to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
What You'll Do as the Press Brake Operator:
- Operate and maintain press brake machinery to form sheet metal according to customer specifications
- Perform daily safety checks and maintenance tasks
- Measure workpieces throughout the forming process to ensure quality and consistency
- Set up and adjust CNC and manual back gauges for precise dimensions and angles
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineering team to improve efficiency and address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of bend deductions and die inventory
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, parts, and finished products
