Role Summary
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a CNC Operator/Programmer II. This person will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality and precise parts, as well as contributing to continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC machines (Mazak, ROMI, among others) according to routing and technical specifications.
Set up, adjust, and control machine operations, ensuring quality and dimensional conformity.
Work independently while following safety and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes.
Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient production flow.
Support inspections and testing as required.
Promptly report any issues or deviations in the process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in load handling or material movement.
