We’re a fast-growing manufacturer looking for a CNC Mill Machinist who knows how to set up a machine, make adjustments at the control, and produce quality parts that meet tight specifications.
You’ll work with a variety of materials including copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and Delrin in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Edit programs and make adjustments directly from the controls
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Maintain tolerances down to .005"
- Make offsets and adjustments to keep production running accurately
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- CNC milling experience
- Strong blueprint-reading skills
- Comfortable setting up and making edits at the machine
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Ability to consistently hold .005" tolerances
- Someone who takes pride in producing quality work
