Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Dependable
- Operate CNC Mill/Turn Machines
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance
- Use of micrometers, calipers, Renishaw probes, and optical comparators
- Follow Quality Procedures
- Basic math and computer skills
- Knowledge of removing burrs
- Three (3) plus years' experience
- Shift: 2nd and 3rd / 8 Hour Shifts / Overtime Optional when available
Additional Skills:
- Ability to set up CNC Mills from start to finish including prepping of tools
- Ability to read and understand M and G codes
- Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls
- Experience with full 5-Axis Vertical Mills
- Trouble shoot machining processes and work-holding
- Operate multiple machines at one time

- Lift 40 lbs. occasionally
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- 20/20 vision with correction
